MANUFACTURING

T. Hasegawa USA’s 56,000 sq. ft. facility in California is where we scale up production of the unique flavors created in our labs – using a variety of production processes that best fit the needs of our customers.

Our skilled Operations Team in Cerritos effectively manages the supply chain from procurement through planning, production and distribution.

Production technology, experience and training gained from our parent company in Japan, as well as our nearly 40 years of experience here in the U.S. are applied to produce custom flavors that consistently meet the high-quality standards of our customers.

Our manufacturing operations meet GFSI standards and are annually certificated by BRC.
